Vinyl cutters are popular makerspace tools, and quite encouraging for non electronics people too as they don’t require soldering skills/knowledge of circuits.

They don’t look all that expensive, either.
Daft question, but what kind of things can we do with a vinyl cutter? I’m not very familiar.
Other than signs it would be nice to know some ideas of projects that can be achieved with one. If it can do solder stencils for example, that would be great
