I’d strongly recommend not using anything around the edge!
If you look at the template Instaprint provide then you’ll notice the “3mm Bleed” and “3mm Safe zone” - Essentially the equipment that cuts the stickers isn’t as precisely aligned as you’d need to pull that design off.
Having imagery outside the Safe zone is fine (so we could have the faded glyphs), but it’s generally best to avoid anything that will show up any offset in the cutting (concentric circles, lines radiating from the centre and so on).
QR Code - Unless we go for massive stickers there isn’t going to be room (plus @Cylindric has a point)
Glyphs - These might look less busy if faded uniformly
