SHM Open evening

Before at GG we used Friday as our public and general open evening. However at the new space in the boiler room Friday night is a very popular night for gigs. With gigs come security and a lot of gig goers which probably isn’t the best combination for an open evening. I therefore suggest we adopt Tuesday as our open evening because It is less giggy than say Friday.

We will also have to have some basic public instructions on finding us and getting etc…
Thoughts and unless there is a really good reason we haven’t thought of against Tuesday lets not bikeshed it please…

Sounds good. Fridays are generally bad because people are starting to be off to places for the weekend, and Mondays sometimes clash with public holidays. I can’t do Tuesdays myself, but that just means there’s a second night we can be sure there’s someone there to open up :slight_smile:

I don’t mind doing Tuesdays at least the early shift from say 5:30
