Another Makerspace Open Session :slight_smile:

Tonight I will be working on my DIY leather work apron. I made some good progress on Friday, and have spent some of my weekend learning how to stitch leather.
I am also going to be designing some wooden stands for some of my synth equipment. I’ll (hopefully) be visiting Surrey Timbers in Losely Park to pick up some stock!

What will you get up to?

I’ll be helping one of our members wrangle the laser cutter.

We also had a couple of other members experimenting with the laser cutter. @stochastic_forest very kindly helped me with learning to ‘saddle stitch’ leather, which turned out pretty great (all things considered):
