Hello folks!
While the new space isn’t completely finished yet, we thought it would be great to start holding some events there. So we’re inviting people along to the new space this Sunday (23rd July) from 2pm for a general get-together.
The plan is to enjoy the company of fellow makers, chat about plans for the future, what everyone’s making now or dreaming of making in the future etc.
Work is still very much under way, so don’t expect everything to be perfect or a fully operational makerspace just yet (there’ll be an official opening event once we get there).
There is access to a toilet, there may or may not be an internet connection available, and the tuck shop has some stock (but feel free to bring any drinks or snacks you want).
People will be about from 2pm until at least 4pm, and probably beyond.
