Using Inkscape then Blender (both open source) and then the laser cutter at SHM I have made this model of one of the hangings I will be suspending in a hospital atrium.
The rendered image is not that great but it served to give a good idea of how the piece would look.

That’s looking really different (in a good way) Russell - it’ll be interesting to see how it looks at full size and hanging from a ceiling!
