Hi, I’m Ian, long time fan of open source and maker spaces, and have been going to hacker camps since the first CCC in 1999. Was a member of the original London Hackspace and for a long time ran a free weekly unix workshop in Limehouse & Shoreditch. After 30 years away I’ve moved back to Aldershot and am interested in experimenting with ways to manifest my digital artwork (music, photography, video, design) in the physical world. Particularly interested in laser cutting card or plastic to make sculptures. Wednesday evenings are often difficult for me as it clashes with other events but have been meaning to come down for a long time, so have finally gotten around to saying hi.
